Piyush Chawla made an immediate impact despite making his first-class debut as a 17-year-old, and at the 2006 Under-19 World Cup the legspinning allrounder lived up to his reputation - one built on dismissing Sachin Tendulkar with a googly during the Challenger Series - and finished as India's leading wicket taker. He already has wonderful control of his variations and is certainly not afraid to give the ball some air. No slouch with the bat, either, and there is a formidable allrounder in the making. His U-19 performances were rewarded with a Test debut against England at Mohali. He couldn't hold on to his Test spot but received a call-up to the one-day side for India's tour of Bangladesh in May 2007. He took three wickets on debut and fourteen over the summer during India's tour of Ireland and England, didn't get a game during the ICC World Twenty in South Africa, and was then dropped, only to be recalled for the CB Series in January 2008.

swiss miss denied taking drugs
Martina Hingis, the legend, retired from the tour stating that its now physically impossible for her to keep playing at the top level.
Hingis has been accused of taking cocaine before a Wimbledon match by an outsource testing company, an allegation that has left the Swiss Miss angry and frustrated. Hingis went through the Hair Test later which can prove whether or not someone has taken cocaine. This test of course produced a negative result, the same negative result as were produced in all the countless doping tests that she has taken over the last 12 years.
"There is only one more thing for me to do - to thank all of you for many years of goodwill, and also to assure you: I have never taken drugs."

sarfaroshi ki tamanna
Hai liye hathiyaar dushman taak mein baitha udhar
Aur hum taiyyaar hain seena liye apna idhar
Hum to ghar se nikle hi the baandhkar sar pe qafan
Chaahatein liin bhar liye lo bhar chale hain ye qadam
Zindagi to apni mehmaan maut ki mehfil mein hai
Sarfaroshi ki tamanna ab hamaare dil mein hai
Dil mein tuufaanon ki toli aur nason mein inquilaab
Hosh dushman ke udaa denge humein roko na aa
Duur reh paaye jo humse dam kahaan manzil mein hai
Sarfaroshi ki tamanna ab hamaare dil mein hai

death??
life exists as ever; life is immortal.
Life is continuously expressing itself in so many forms.
Birth and death is phenomenon which happens in life.
Birth is not the beginning of life.
Life is there and it takes birth as body.
Death is not the end of life.
Death happens when life leaves this body and
takes another form of expression.
It is only different forms takes birth and death.
Life as such has no birth or death.
Life Exists before birth and after death.
Life expresses itself in between birth and death.

song after a heart break
Lonely and hurt,
Broken I remain
Residing in hell,
living in pain...
Masked by lies,
I slowly fade away...
The nightmare I live with,
each and every day
The meaning of it all,
to which my mind attends,
Has not one answer
that I fully comprehend...
The bottom of my mind
holds the answers which I call,
I keep reaching towards it
in this never-ending fall...
"Stay strong and keep going,
it's never too late"...
No one seems to realize
that it's not worth the wait
There's no such thing
as help outside of your mind,
It's you against yourself,
with your demons intertwined
It's a battle, hard fought,
but never to be won...
Either way you end up losing
when it's all said and done
"Too late" came and passed...
and, of me, nothing more
I wrote my own ending,
and I shut my own door...
"Live your life to its fullest"
that's what they all said,
But what's the point in trying
when you're already dead?

forgotten cricketeers-1

Hemang Badani is a polished middle-order batsman and a sleek fielder whose two years in international cricket were characterised by a calm head and inconsistency. At 23, Badani came into an Indian one-day side in the throes of change post match-fixing, and instantly seemed prepared for the void left down the order by the absence of Ajay Jadeja. Upright, and given to scoring in the V, Badani proved adept at remaining not out, and his high point was a wonderfully paced hundred against Australia at Pune in 2001-02. Subsequently his form became patchy and he was edged out of the squad as other youngsters seized their day. Yet, a grinding hundred in the Ranji final of 2002-03, followed immediately by a good tour of England as vice-captain of the A team, meant he was in with a chance again. He came back for one game against Pakistan, before once again going back to riding the pine. Badani's Test career, which began inexplicably as an opener in Zimbabwe in 2001, stalled after a further three (ordinary) matches against Sri Lanka later that year.
